Works well for my senior exercise class.
I have used the "Light" (pink) stretchy bands twice now at my online exercise class, where the "leader" uses them in her program. They seem to be well made, a good weight and durable. There is no odor, which I appreciate.There is a small sheet of paper with some exercise suggestions, but it doesn't indicate when you should use the "light," "medium" or "heavy" bands. It was a "trial and error" type of process to figure out what might be the proper tension for each exercise.The length is good (be sure to fully unfold the band), and comfortable to hold on to.I recommend these stretchy bands for all exercise levels, not just for seniors.

Good quality, a little short for a tall person.
I am 5’9” and wish the bands were a few inches longer. They’re pulled nearly tight just to set up so I don’t have the range of motion I’d prefer with enough grip on the bands to stop them from slipping out of sweaty hands.

They are durable and easy to use. They perform well with every day exercises. Wish they were a little bit longer but overall great product.

Excellent resistance bands
Wonderful resistance bands! They are at a very reasonable price. I purchased them for stretching exercises before and after ballet, which I dance a lot. They are great for this purpose, to stretch my feet and legs. I haven't used them for other purposes yet. I love the bright pink, fuchsia and purple colors.
