Great customer service
This is the 4th fan light I bought from warmiplanet. Not only are they beautiful, and work well but I needed a replacement for a broken piece and they were very good accommodating.

The worse fan I ever bought
I bought four of this fan and all of four have issues. All of then lost power so even in the highest speed set the fans run in lower speed or the led lights malfunctioning. Very bad product.

Purchased “new” and received used
I bought 3 of these and 1 was missing parts the second one we opened had some one else mail in it which was an obvious indication that it was a return but we installed it anyway and it was super noisy…the 3rd one, we didn’t even bother at that point.
