Thanks to Fine Stationery International LLC for providing these hard-to-find red color border certificates. Alexandria Volunteer Fire Department, Alexandria, VA uses these for our annual volunteer service appreciation certificates. Easy to to use via designing our own certificate template via Microsoft PowerPoint, then printing these certificates at either our office or home computer printers.

Flimsy - Don't Buy
This is supposed to be thick parchment paper. I paid almost $30 for thin paper. It is NOT certificate paper. It is regular copy paper with a design on it. I can't return it and I can't put my client's graduation certificate on these flimsy papers. It's just awful and I feel completely ripped off.
