You have to shop around for a good price and would not recommend buying this label maker if you live in the UK due to been a dollar sign and no pound sign.

24mm... I think so. Comes with an adaptor. I doesn't charge, there's no re-chargable batteries inside.

Can this print on ribbon?

To my knowledge no. A cartridge is supplied to print on.
