Did not work for me at 10G with Mikrotik
I wanted to use this to link two Mikrotik devices both capable of 10G speeds however the connection was unstable. I was seeing packet errors and the connection going on/off. 1 gigabit worked with no errors. I bought a more expensive Mikrotik branded cable and that worked flawlessly at 10G. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this cable for 10G speeds with Mikrotik devices.

Maybe it works? Will not work for generic SFP+ and Aruba
Attempted to connect an Untangle Z12 appliance to a Aruba S2500, also attempted to use it as a stacking cable for two S2500s and S3500s to test after it would not work with the Untangle Appliance as an uplink. Interface shows negotiation errors on the link.A ubiquiti DAC supplied cable works fine - In short - my equipment isn't picky with a DAC cable, yet this didn't work.

Great with Unifi
The 0.3M version is the perfect length to bridge a UDM Pro with a USW rack mount switch with a 1U gap between for a patch panel. Just remember to change the DAC port setting on the UDM pro to Gbe if your switch isn’t SFP+Very happy with the performance and value!

Worked automatically
This was automatically recognized by my Unifi Dream Machine Pro and Unifi POE Pro switch. I just plugged in the cable and powered up both devices and the SFP ports were in use.
