I don't see anywhere on here if it's BPA free so it it safe to use for drinking water?

is this ready to be connected to a garden hose on the bottom? 3/4 outlet! if not, what fittings do I need?

It needs connector..I used a spigot. 3/4" NPT female got mine from Amazon but they have them at Home Depot.If you read all the reviews for the tank you'll find great info.

Can I connect a regular water hose to the bottom fitting so I can pump water ionto my travel trailer?

Yes, I use mine exactly for this purpose. I attach hose to tank and other end to rv water pump to fill the fresh water tank.
