Item did not fit 2014 Mercedes
The item was sturdy and in good condition. However, please note that for the "ON" button, the knob was too small for the "2014" Mercedes Benz C180. The 2014 year was not stated in the description but I decided to give it a try since the picture of the radio was the same. But it was too small. Therefore I had to return same. Still searching for buttons that will fit the 2014 model.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect fit and very easy to install. Just have to find something thin to slide between the button to pop it off
