Our soft plush pile Velvet Curtains & Draped have a natural luster with a depth of color that creates a formal, polished look. Made of high-quality, poly velvet and soft flowing polyester blackout thermal lining. The curtains keep the light out and provides for optimal insulation. As a general rule, for proper fullness panels should measure 2-3 times the width of your window/opening.

Really quality curtains, worth the price!
I was a little hesitant getting these because they were a little out of my price range. I got some cheaper ones that were just no good. Thin, bad fabric, cheap looking and feeling. So I returned them and finally got these. I am so glad I did. They are heavy, quality, well made/sewn curtains and are honestly a great price for what you are getting. Light blocking is amazing and they feel and look great! My only qualm is that I wish they were just two inches shorter, I have a 96” ceiling. I’m thinking about some solutions to make it just the right waterfall length for me. I can’t raise the rod any higher, maybe use the upholstery hooks lower somehow? I don’t know. I’m just leaving it for now since I’m still so happy with how they look. Get these. You will not regret it!

Nice quality
More than I wanted to spend on curtains for my patio doors, but these are wide enough, great quality, block the harsh afternoon sun, and help drown out noise. They were exactly what I was looking for.

Excellent!! Love these curtains
It's been so hard to find a blackout curtain for my sliding door. This one, however, is perfect! Very thick fabric, has a soft feel to it (kind of like a microfiber), but it makes the room really dark, which I wanted because I have hot, afternoon sun shining every day. Really makes a difference in the temperature in the room. I'd buy one again and recommend this curtain

The linings don’t match
When we received these, I was pleased. Great quality velvet, the color was perfect and matched our off-white trim (not too white), and the measurements (especially length) were spot-on. But when we finally hung them (our rod was backordered), we found that the blackout linings do not match. One is black out, the other is light-dimming, not black out. Very disappointed that we now have curtains that don’t match. Very annoying.

Fabulous, fabulous...when as new!
These drapery panels deliver everything and more of what one looking for beauty and luxuriousness could want. I ordered the 107" x 84" drapes and they are heavy. I did have some difficulty finding rods that would support the weight. It would be helpful to see tips on where one can buy the rods or poles for these specific drapes. You are ordering one panel...not a pair and it seems some writing reviews thought they were ordering a pair instead of a single. The panels are luxuriously lined and weight at hem.The luxurious look and feel of the fabric is exquisite. The panels can be pinch pleated buth tabs on the back or hung as rod pocket. I am using rod pocket in my French country bedroom. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend!I found the quality of these panels superb and the price so much less than what I would have expected to pay for these beautiful drapes!Update; after hanging the replacement panel I discovered a small round rust colored spot approximately the size of a freshwater pearl, near the left side of panel, hence why I gave it 3 stars. I did buy the "Used - Like New" but whenever purchasing an item advertised as like new, it should look like new. I did call Amazon and they would not make an adjustment.I won't take back down because the panels are very heavy and folding and repackaging is cumbersome and very time consuming. I will gently attempt to remove the spot and if that doesn't work I will attempt hiding it in a fold of the drape.I would just consider the potential for damage when buying other than brand new. Having said that, these HPD, regardless are beautiful and I would not hesitate buying new, again.

Fighting against the almost univeral praise of a very good product
I like these drapes very much and actually think it a four star product; however, I am sort of troubled by the orgiastic reviews of this product as there are certainly some issues to consider. First, these are essentially two 50" drapes joined together to make a 100" width panel and the stitching at the seam joining the two pieces are fairly obvious. I don't mind this particularly as I much prefer a single 100" panel over two overlapping 50" panels and, further, I was able to fold the panel in such a way as to largely conceal the very obvious seam. Please note that I've also read that people have complained about the seam being badly sewn together - I didn't have this issue. My panels were much more muted in color - more of an earth tone than the amber depicted in the accompanying photograph. Several reviewers elsewhere have also commented on this. Again, I was happy with the more muted color, but it's certainly something you might want to consider. On the other hand, I've read of reviewers being impressed by the very rich amber color - so perhaps the batches are different. I am VERY impressed by the weight of fabric and its effectiveness against drafts. I am assuming it will do the same for the summer heat - should summer ever arrive. I found that the drapes do not totally block out direct sunlight as many other reviewers have suggested - I'd say about 70%, however, this again suits my purposes. One thing I've not seen noted was the fact my panel arrived very wrinkled. These panels are dry clean only and I was very nervous about ironing a fabric with a high pile. Instead, I used my professional clothes steamer and steamed the inner white lining. It was time consuming, but doing so enhanced the curb appeal from the outside and solved what I thought were imperfections in the velvet fabric. Simply hanging them with me in the shower really didn't do much (this was also suggested) because it's a fairly thick fabric. Generally, I was pleased. I think I was expecting a great deal more given the almost universal praise I've read about this product. I've seen better - usually in the homes of the more affluent who have had their window treatments custom-made with better quality "velvet" fabric. This isn't top notch fabric, though it's good, so don't expect Downton Abbey. But for the price, I think it's a very good purchase especially if you're aiming for such an effect.

Beautiful workmanship
These velvet drapes exceeded my expectations in every way. They are weighted beautifully. I literally hung them within minutes and they look exquisite. As an FYI, there is no sheen which is typical of less expensive drapery. They look as good if not better than those from Restoration Hardware and Pottery Barn - both of which I own. You won't be disappointed with this purchase. Wish I had bought them earlier.

Can't say enough nice things about these drapes
Nice material, heavy and so handsome. I am using the pockets to hang them from the bar and the folds took a while to hang straight, but are now just handing nice after a good steaming. The 33% rule works well for these drapes to achieve a nice gathering when closed. The colours are absolutely perfect as expected.

Good quality!
Be careful that each package includes only one panel! I'm still waiting for my second one!The quality is good, but it's super heavy!
