Easy to use
I was sceptic at first since is a very sharp item. it is easy to assemble, and clear to understand, instructions.GARCARE Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer works great. Won't cut heavy branches but is great for bushes and trimming down the trees.The battery less long and the body strap is very helpful.

Changing my Review of "Great Tool!"
It's a bit heavier than I thought it would be, but did a great job trimming the bushes both horizontally and vertically until it completely died 10 months after purchase. Was either bad battery, bad charger, bad safety switch or control. Unable to find any info on manufacturer for warranty and Amazon Customer Service didn't have any, either! Made in China, perhaps?????Have deposited the trimmer in the trash and am now heading to Home Depot to purchase a Makita.

Beyond my expectations
Works better than expected. Cuts incredible! No issues with branches 1/2" and even larger, never struggled at all. Cut for almost 2 hrs and battery never lost charge. Was a little unwieldy when fully extended but harness should help with that.

Dead on Arrival
Assembled easily, but stopped working during power test right there in the kitchen. Battery was fully charged, might have been a defective trigger switch. Did not even make it outside to the yard to do its job. The packing was still there on kitchen counter so I put it right back in, sealed, and returned.I'm gonna have to pony up and buy a reputable, durable brand.
