Adhesive is strong and great to use where screws can’t go
We’ve lived in our double wide home for 30 years. Redid our kitchen to brighten it up and noticed our cabinet shelves, the long middle shelf with plastic clip in hooks, 2 at each end, were sagging in the middle. Or warped if you prefer. Not in a position to drive holes or screws. So I went on Amazon to check out solutions. Came across the Punch free adhesive shelf tabs. Ordered them and tried them. The adhesive is very strong and I put one in very center of shelf underneath and lifted shelf to straighten best I could, and it is supporting very well. The longer shelves I spaced three across back. Shorter shelf only one in center. Then I used extras to put in center of sides in case the plastic tabs that are already there should break. Well worth the money to get these

Work better than thought!
Edit/ update: these have still been great but it’s been hit or miss with some- some are still holding strong but only have a few things on them- the ones I’ve put more weight on ( but not over 10 lbs) have fallen after a few weeks. I have found it really hold only about 5-6 lbs. using 3 pegs on each side of board.I got these to make a pantry with some shelves- but we are in a rental so could not drill holes. I've had them up holding the boards for about 2 weeks with no problems- I have slowly started adding the food and after a week still holding strong! The adhesive is good- I had to pull a few pieces off because were uneven and its a good stick and I was able to restick them with no problems. They only hold up to 10 lbs- but great for small items or not wanting to drill holes.

Work great!
I used these to add shelves to laminated bookcases and they work great! I first wiped the surface down with alcohol. When dry, I applied the shelf supports and applied pressure for about 30 seconds to make sure they really stuck. I waited a few days to put the shelf up and add weight. It’s been several weeks and they’re still holding strong!

The picture is misleading
I couldn't get an answer from the seller as to the thickness of the base where the adhesive is. It is probably around 1/16 of an inch. The picture makes it look much thicker. Overall these are cheaply mass produced items probably worth less than I paid for them.

Terrific!
This product does what it says and then some. I need to brace a refrigerator shelf, and sometimes adhesive products do not do well on smooth plastic. This one does. Holds tightly and firmly. I highly recommend it. Excellent!
