I ordered these plates to use on my dessert buffet Christmas Eve. Because these dishes have a small, raised lip all around, they worked out perfectly for desserts like rice pudding and juicy fresh strawberries, without my having to buy disposable bowls too. There are so many plates in the package, I plan to use them at my 4th of July cookout. They are definitely "classier" than many Styrofoam bowls. I had used clear cut glass appetizer plates for the savory buffet I also offered and these complimented those well. (Left me with fewer dishes to wash at the end of the evening!! 😊) ....I recommend these...

Small but good quality

I used these for appetizers and desserts for a birthday party. They were a little thinner that I thought they be, but worked just fine.

Nice buy

I received my plates very timely and that was great. However, when I picked them up, they were very light for 40 plates. I opened them and found them to be very thin and flimsy. Since I was using them for guests, I went to local store and purchased nicer ones. I was disappointed. I guess I should have known the quality wouldn't be great since they were so cheap in price.
