Really? Alcoholic drinks?
I have used this product for years, and yes, you can use it on your back, even though it says to only use it on arms and shoulders.It especially helps when my knees are so stiff that I have trouble riding my bike, after a day of applying it 4 times a day, the pain is completely gone.What I really don't get, is that the directions say to have 3 alcoholic drinks a day while using this stuff, that information is along with all the caution info that you normally get on medicine boxe.Go figure.😂

Good for temporary relief
I have knee and back trouble, so I've tried just about every topical out there. This works very fast and works well, but only lasts one to two hours. Believe or not, what works the best for me is old fashioned Ultra Stength Bengay. It lasts three to four hours.

It's different now
I've ordered this product several times in the past and found it to be what seemed like e exactly the same formulation as Voltaren brand. The last tube I received is longer and smaller around but containd the same amount of product. I have noticed the past few days since I started using it, I have knocked it off my nightstand at least twice a day because of the longer tube. Tonight I looked more closely at the label and noticed the distributer name, address, and phone number are different than my old tube. Also, the cream looks, feels, and smells different. It is more white, seems to have more of a drying effect on my skin and while it still has the strong alcohol smell, it also has another scent that lingers long after the alcohol is gone. It's a familiar smell but I can't place it. Maybe like a soap, lotion, deodorant, or men's aftershave? It's not horrible, but it is different. I just thought people should know. I wish Amazon would have kept selling the original formulation, even if the price would have had to go up a bit.

Works like Voltren, same formulary.
