This was hands down the best purchase, the original casters barely rolled and I had to remove a flat rug they couldn’t handle. Now my chair rolls wherever I want, rugs aren’t an issue, quieter and the floor doesn’t get marked up.

The installation of the new wheels was easy. They are so much smoother. I didn’t realize I had all 10 frozen wheels. They work well on lvp, bamboo, carpet (high and low texture, and bathroom tile. I would recommend these to a friend with an ikea chair.

I am so happy to find wheels that fit my twenty year old IKEA work tables. The old wheels, cheaply made, have disintegrated and are no longer useable. These new wheels are of excellent quality and work very easily to put in place. Most grateful!

Recently bought a rug to replace the standard (plastic)desk chair mat and the stock casters kept dragging. I immediately looked for replacement casters and went with these.All I needed was a flat screwdriver to pry off the existing casters, and used a hammer/screwdriver to tap and set these wheels into place.Now, this chair rolls great on the area rug I also bought here for under my desk and chair. It was a nice bonus that these casters were over an inch taller than the stock ones.Would recommend it to anyone looking to replace their stock casters on the IKEA LÅNGFJÄLL.

The Ikea ÖRFJÄLL chair frame comes with horrible wheels, this fixes everything and makes it smooth easy and quiet to roll around. I wish Ikea just included these wheels when you bough the chair!

We have an IKEA chair that we bought some years ago, it might be called ALLAK as that's the only Swedish name I can see under the chair. After having the chair for a number of years one of the wheels broke and I didn't know how to get a replacement. After a bit of searching I found these wheels, I was going to buy another kind but fortunately I noticed that there was a label saying - NOT FOR IKEA CHAIRS!I was able to pull the wheels out from the old chair and just pushed these ones in. What a difference! The chair is moving smoothly across our laminate floor with barely a sound and what's more these wheels look really nice. I went with the black ones as our chair was black.I should say I didn't have to make any adjustments to the wheels, I just pulled the old ones out and pushed the new ones into the holes. They were a bit of a tight fit so I had to put a little pressure on them to get them to slide in.

It was a bit of a workout to remove old wheels and put these on! They are on now, fit perfect and work great!

I was very skeptical at first, I don't know a lot of products that fit well with IKEA for nearly a seamless experience, however, this product works like a dream. The wheels are made of a soft material with a metal encasing and a perfect fit for the chair. It rolls very nicely and so far so good, have not had any issues like I would usually with a plastic roller, because it appears to be a rubber material it is very quiet and I can roll around the house without making a noise. Added benefit: it doesn't scratch the floors! I would highly recommend if you need wheels for an IKEA chair!
