Fantastic laptop so far
Got it for £599. Boots up nicely and its really fast. Some highlights: 3200MHz DDR4 SODIMM, AMD 5600H CPU with 3.3GHz base clock, NVMe SSD 512GB. 5.5 hrs of battery life supposedly. Yesterday it lasted for 7 hours and had 13% left, depends on what you do I guess. CPU, has a larger battery draw compared to 5700U, and the screen are/ will be the main contributors to your battery usage. See picture attached for full specs.

Amazon Refused the return at their return center in Slovakia!
I bought this laptop but soon found out if has a faulity touch pad...it's a known issue just look on youtube.I sent the laptop back via Parcel Force using all the correct papper work only for it to be ruturned to me as Amazon refused it! so I am left with an expensive laptop and postage bill. Worse still Amazon are aggogant enough to just close the chat window and wont help! I can't use the words I really feel towards Amazon on here.

Unsuitable packaging and ASUS vivobook does not work, called Amazon and guess what? Didn’t want to know. No refund just a 14 day return and fix policy, not happy to say the least. Know for next time

Received dead laptop.
I bought it as open box very good. Recieved a dead laptop. Wouldn't even turn on. Had to return.

Misleading advertising
There is no backlit keyboard. Screen stopped working after 3 months, requested repair from Amazon.
