Picky dog loves it!
I never thought I would be writing a review for dog food, but here we are. My dog is extremely picky. He will eat a new food for one day and then decide he would rather starve. I cannot tell you how many bags and cans of dog food I have had to dump in the lake to feed the fish so it wasn't a complete waste of money. Until we found this food. My dog eats this. Actually eats. It's so strange to see him excited for meals now! There are big chunks of meat and it smells decent. This is the second pack I have purchased and he's still a big fan.

The dogs like it a lot
My dogs won't eat just dry kibble. (One of them is so gourmet he wouldn't eat puppy food, had to have what the adults were having and he's actually stolen a saucepan and spatula when dinner was late. Must be the reincarnation of a French chef--French poodle.) He LOVES this food. I split it with good quality limited ingredient kibble and he's very happy to get it. It smells like people food and you probably could fool someont that this is beef and barley stew. The older dog is less fussy but has a more sensitive stomach, and she's doing well on it also. They clean their bowls when served this, and they aren't happy with other fare. My vet says grain is fine for dogs and in fact, she doesn't recommend grain free food at all. The barley is a good quality high fiber ingredient.
