Not satisfied β Slow and unreliableThe scanner often fails to read barcodes and is very slow when it does. Sometimes it doesnβt recognize barcodes at all. Not recommended if you need fast and consistent performance.

Not able to place product in plain area
The media could not be loaded. 1. Print in label is good.2. For connecting with windows PC, we need to contact their customer care to get the relevant driver software for printing through USB.3. Received product which cannot be placed solidly on plain surface without much shaking. Rubber support in one side is missing and printer is moving in diagonal see saw pattern. Print comes out properly without issue. Only thing am having problem is while trying to keep on flat surface. We can't blame staffs when any issue arises due to sudden movements during operation.
