I love these lights. I have a 6 ft. wooden privacy fence that runs 70 feet down the back side of my property. I use these to light my backyard area for security reasons. Two strings run all the down to my back property line and most of the way across the back fence. The lighting, while not overly bright, provides a comfortable ambient light so I can see the whole of my backyard. As much as I love these lights, I find that so do squirrels. I hadn’t had my last set for two-weeks when I found the wire chewed through at about four different spots. Generally, I can get better than two years out of set. I also have these around my wooden deck out back. The squirrels don’t seem to bother them so, other than not being as bright as they were when new, they are still working great for some 4 years now. I like the fact that the lights are all sealed in the sockets to add to the water proofing.

I bought a set of these over 5 years ago, and just had them sliced and diced by some contractors working on my deck. Did not hesitate to order this new set. The last one was on almost every night, and weathered snow, sleet, rain, 100 degree temps, you name it. Previous types only lasted 4-6 months. The light level is perfect for my deck...I have them weaving in and out of the balusters. They are great!

I use these as "party lights" over the deck year round to give just the right amount of light at night (mood lighting to allow visibility for steps and to allow conversations without blinding guests or calling in all the bugs).This particular purchase is to replace a string that developed 1 bad section in it after 4 years and several gnaw thru's of the wires by my not-so-friendly squirrels.I use green 120# test braided fishing line wrapped around the green light wire to help support the 50 foot span between my gutters and a treehouse and have recently added rolled aluminum sheets on the treehouse post, where the squirrels did their chewing.I love the fact that these are LED and are very energy efficient, as well as the fact that I can leave them up and get use out of them all 4 seasons (including exposure to harsh summer sun and cold New England winters). I suspect I will get many more years of use out of this replacement set.

The full-wave/rectified eliminates any of that LED flicker you get with most LED lights, so that looks great! I was hoping to replace my incandescent lights with these but the color is slightly off. They're certainly brighter than incandescent but they have a slight green tinge similar to fluorescent, unfortunately. But if you're using them outside I'm sure they'd look fine. If you're not super picky about Christmas lights having that stronger orange glow like me then these should be fine.I included a picture of these LED warm lights on the right and incandescent warm lights on the left. I don't know the brand of the incandescent warm lights.

These lights are so bright and well made! Loved them in greenery in my window box throughout the Christmas season! Sparkled like diamonds. We live on a corner and they looked great, when you turned into our court! Great choice for me!!

I always think of a "novelty" product as being something like a whoopee cushion or fake spilled coffee or something -- a joke. These lights are no joke. I ordered them to fill in a gap in the outdoor string lights we have all along our back and side yard fencing. The ones we had, for some reason, could not be daisy-chained on either end. These can be, and the work great.The LED lights are quite bright. The color temperature is a bright, natural white, neither yellow or that annoying bluish tint all white LEDs used to have. But they blend fine with our warmer string lights. The construction seems very sturdy -- the wires are thick and do not tangle too easily. Strung along the back and side fencing behind the house, they make a beautiful light and actually illuminate the yard enough that you can see things, such as our two little dogs. We like to be able to see what they're up to, and these help a lot.I wanted to add to the voices letting everyone know these lights are terrific outdoor lights so they'll keep selling them. Five stars.

We love these lights. Got two strands to augment the existing white year-round light in our outback - outlining some things and also woven into some trees! But the effect was sooooo classy and bright yet delicate that instead of using only one, my husband went outside the next day and used both. They worked great with the existing strands. And although there was a slight variation from icy white to very slightly yellowed, we feel it adds depth. Sooooooo happy!

Lights arrived quickly and work as advertised. Each string is made of 3 segments ( of 33? lights) with a small plastic lump between segments and you can connect multiple strings end to end. I bought 3 sets for a 7 1/2 foot tree and was able to tuck the wires into the branches somewhat to hide the wires and get a nice random looking display. They are bright and I added an in-line dimmer extension cord. One complaint is they are shipped with 12 inch lengths folded and twisted into 6 inch chunks so you have to untwist 25 of those before you can use the set.

These lights are outside on a timer for 365 days a year for the past 2 years. Winter through summer. This year, 2 of them didn't light up anymore so I had to replace them. No more research, I bought the same cause they are the best !

These are great for decorations and they make a good night light when sitting outside after dark. Thank you.

Very satisfied. 100 feet of warm led lights creates the right amount of illumination on our patio fence. Product is well made. We leave out year round.

been in use now for winter and two summers. Work well!
