I got this for my son who has eczema. He gets irritated by the average bug repellant. I have desperately searched for a repellent that is natural and will repel the bugs, as those bites also flare up and cause him even more irritation. I didn't mind spending $30 on repellent as long as it would keep the mosquitoes away.I feel like this works better than not having any protection, but he still got bites. When we use "regular" repellent that is not the case. This probably protects 25-50% more than no repellent at all.The smell is also a strong citronella scent that doesn't go unnoticed. (good or bad)
