check out what the wattage on the 7000 series cpu is, the wraith cooler is clear for 95 watts cpu, if the new 7000 is no more than 95 watt usage, then I believe (personnel opinion) that it will handle the new chip just fine for a while or long time.

No. This cooler is only for AMD CPU's. And only for AMD AM4 socket. This does not work on any Intel / Pentium
