They work well. The only thing to keep in mind is since it replaces the battery cover they need to add a plastic piece to hold it in. It’s really hard to get off and you have to use there little metal pick.

EDIT (June 20, 2022): I've since added some of my own velcro to the end, and I now wear it loosely, which also works well anyway (although I may be more conscious of my controller handling than most). This makes it much better. Still sticking with 4-stars: hopefully AMVR will add more to future controller.________________________________A little pricy at US$20, but still a good option if you prefer to be able to "let go" instead of always gripping the controllers with your 4th and 5th fingers.The amount of velcro is sufficient for someone with slightly larger than average hands, with about 5cm/2 inches of strap for a comfortable fit (see picture). If yours are substantially bigger, you will need to get additional velcro. You will also want to have the strap to go over your index finger's knuckle instead of lower down (see picture again), which will allow you reach all the buttons easily.Comfort wise, they're alright: the leather adds a bit of friction, but only enough to notice when putting them on and taking them off. The design of the strap hooks are about as well fitted as you can get for the Reverb controllers without making the design fragile, though this does mean you need to spend a couple minutes breaking in the leather so that it bends.The battery cover clips in well, which is a double-edged sword; on the one hand, it holds firm and feels secure, but on the other hand, removing it to replace the battery is a little bit of a hassle. There's a little hole, and you're provided a metal guitar pick which you need to put into it to pry open the clip. How much this affects you will likely depend on how much you use it.

Buenas tardes, vengo a comentar tras unos meses de uso, que las anillas de plástico donde se engancha el velcro se termina partiendo, si juegas a Kayak Simulator ni te enteras, pero esto está pensado para juegos más exigentes como Beat Saber, y al tiempo se acaba partiendo. Buscando otra alternativa.
