I like to use these menthol crystals in my bath, when I am sore or having breathing issues. But be cautious--you only need a tiny bit of one crystal. They are very potent, and will give a strong cooling/tingling effect on your skin, as well as the familiar methol vapors.Overall a very good product. Five stars!

Love these crystals! I mainly use them in my back salve. However I have discovered that they work great for repelling ants! I no longer have them coming into my house! Yay! And I love that they are also food grade.

These crystals are absolutely fabulous! I’ve ordered them numerous times. I use the crystals in my DIY menthol crystals muscle & decongestant rub. I also use it in my bath salts and soaps. My cousin has cancer and she says the rub helps sooth the aches in her body. My neighbor that’s 87 claims it helps her breath better and helps her soar feet and ankles. Then I’ve got a cousin who normally gets shots for pain in certain parts of her body and she says , not so much when she uses the rub. The name “Magic Sauce” came from my husband. He says that’s the perfect name for it. I mix the crystals with certain essential oils, shea butter and a few other ingredients. This rub has just become super popular with those close to me and helps them a lot. The menthol crystals play a huge part in the rub, along with my other natural ingredients. My aunt who has RA even says it helps. I wouldn’t use any other crystals. I’m very happy with this. I tried one other and definitely won’t do that again. Be prepared to be blown away with this amazing scent. I received this product in a timely manner, and it was packaged appropriately. I couldn't wait to try out my new menthol crystals. I melted a small amount in a glass bowl and added the liquid to the pain relief salve I prepared. I am blown away by how strong the menthol is. Plant Guru is amazing. I brought the menthol crystals to add to my recipe for the salve and it worked great. My salve is very strong and minty. I used it on my back and knees, then placed a heating pad on my back and the pain went away. I absolutely love this product. My friends and family wants to try it out as well. I will make samples for them. I highly recommend Plant Guru Menthol Crystals for your homemade products. I can't wait to order my next one.
