where is the battery case??
I opened this very carefully and everything when i went to put in the batteries i couldnt find the case that closes it matter of fact i never opened it with a screw driver it was just gone not even closed did i receive a used item??, id like a refund if thats possible or a replacement of this is supposed to be a gift??

Disappointed
Although it a cute looking dog it does not do any of the commands as illustrated in the instructions. My grand daughter was sad. Itās not a cheap gift.
