Did not work for me
I purchased this product with the hope of losing about 5 pounds and shedding some fat in the stomach and love handle areas. After using this product as recommended for one month, I have not dropped any weight and do not feel any different mentally or physically.

Waste of money
This product made me gain weight. I do not suggest using it. I took it as directed and gained weight. I am now stuck with a second bottle that I already opened and cannot return. It is a waste of money.

I love the morning complete it does what it says. I tried the nighttime complete along with the slim and balance and I've gained 7 lbs in 2 weeks I also have been menstruating the whole time I've taken it. Instead of helping the menopause symptoms I feel like it's unbalanced me more.
