Even with the balsa wood frame this bows out when filled, but that can easily be corrected with something to brace the sides. More difficult, the silicone is so flimsy that parts of the side can bow inwards and cause you to accidentally pour between the mold and the wood frame, making a mess and a challenge to get out. Mine came well packaged, but because it's so thin it was slightly warped and I have to be very careful to push the sides in place when filling as the casting material alone doesn't really do it. I am not confident it will last for many uses.

I would have given 5 stars but my mold was squished! I thought adding the resin and the framing would fix the issue but it didn't. I later put resin in to fill the gap left by the mold but it left some unevenness. It's still pretty but not sure if I'll use again because it takes a LOT of resin and I don't want to waste any.

It’s a really pretty mold and if used exactly under the perfect circumstances you can make something beautiful-once. The frame for the mold is nice but the mold is so flimsy that the frame only sorta works. My first attempt at using it there was a lifetime supply of bubbles-not the mold/frames fault. The second time less bubbles but a really misshapen product.So make sure your room is warm. The resin components sit on a warmer. Pour in batches within about 4 hrs apart. Then be prepared to toss laterMAKE SURE YOUR SURFACE IS 100% LEVEL. There is no extra space in the mold. You must fill completely or you won’t have an enclosed space for the votive candle.

they worked fine on a 2nd and 3rd try but the first fail was pouring too fast and air bubbles settling afterwards cause unevenness.

Cute resin mold. Depending on what you’re putting in the mold I would just recommend adding resin a little at a time as the mold itself is deep so it’s hard to get rid of the resin bubbles if you fill it to the top in one pour. I fill it over 3-4 days pouring maybe a 1/4 of an inch at a time so I can easily pop the bubbles.

I really like this design - makes beautiful candles. I used natural flowers and backed that with a pink and white layer. You will need to do in layers as these are pretty big molds. Also use you mold stabilizer included. Put a little wax paper in the heart section to help that hold its shape. This is one of my favorite molds.

I loved this mold very easy to use no mess easy clean up. Definitely recommend this to the resign users

The mold was not straight. I thought the weight of the resin would push it out, but it did not. Since I didn't use this mold until after the window closed, I am stuck with inferior product. Warning to anyone purchasing to check upon receipt.
