Does this fit a size 15 rim ????

That’s not how this works. The size of your rim is irrelevant. You need to measure the diameter of your lug nuts and ensure that it is a 6 spline locking lug.

What do you use to turn these since it is not a traditional socket?

I did not have a socket big enough so over 3/4. My lug wrench fit over it perfectly though :)

Looking for the size bigger than the 6 - spline 41/64 tuner key. My locking lug nut is just slightly larger than 41/64 key. would this work?
