For a shaker can primer this stuff is really the best that I have used. It is really tuff, goes on smooth, and covers with very few coats. Sands smooth and you can get a really good adherence on bare metal although it is not billed as self etching. When you top coat it with a color coat it really comes out smooth, I would highly recommend.

Used this primer for automotive projects a couple of times, very satisfied with the product.

Good coverage. The nozzle creates more of a mist, rather than the normal spray can v shape, so good for large area coverage.Used it on 2 small projects of repairing steel panels, good adhesion, good water repellant properties. 1 month in, no problems so far.

I bought this to touch up some gold plated jewelry that had rubbed off. I followed the instructions and sprayed this stuff on and was initially really excited about it, but it started to flake off the next day. I tried it again with the same results. At one point, I sprayed a layer on, let it dry, and then painted a coat of clear nailpolish on over it. It still came off.
