Cable i got has trrs 3.5mm plug. how do i connect it to the satiator xlr? female trs - s to pin 2, r & t through 1k's to pin 3 doesn't work.

Hey there, the easiest is just to get one of the XLR adapter cables which all include the female TRS jack installed on them. Otherwise, if you are customer wiring the hookup without a stock adapter cable and need support on that please do that via email with us which is how we do tech support, and not through amazon.

Is this item for a 3 segment plug as pictured or a 4 segment plug as shown in the line drawing?
