Essential book for those entering Lay Ecclesial Ministry or diaconate. Great information.

Gave good information. Fast reading, but I would have liked to see more of how people have changed in the last 75 yrs with accepting of information of a Christian content and what methodology is now required in the Millennial, X Generation and comparing the Baby Boomers.

Very useful book, especially for ministers. A must have.
