McCormick Original CHILI Seasoning Mix 1.25oz (10 Packets)

I used to buy certain things from the big box stores. Since I moved to a town with none around I accidentally ran out of the chili mix. Ordered enough to keep me going for awhile. The quality of this is fantastic. Smelled great and as long as I don't run out again, the value will be worth it. Best flavor I've found and the size is perfect for 1lb of hamburger. Easy dinner and fast.

This is my favorite chili seasoning. I don't follow the recipe. I usually make the chili with 3 or 4 pounds of beef and hot sausage, onions, garlic, hot peppers, red beans, crushed tomato sauce, tomato paste, red wine. For these quantities I usually use 3 envelopes at once.

Used many times. Handy to keep in the house. Very tasty

Perfect mix of spices

Good overall mix of chili spices, just a little too much of one spice, not sure which it was but overall worked well.

I like McCormick’s chili seasoning. I like the flavor plus the convenience of having everything measured out for me. I usually buy this original variety, but McCormick’s also offers hot and mild, among others. If you use a lot of spices, it’s usually cheaper to use ingredients from your cupboard. But we don’t go through a lot of seasonings (with bottles tending to expire), and these packets are always fresh and ready to go. Prices vary, but at the time of my order, this 10-pack through Amazon cost less than 10 packets at my local grocery.

McCormick makes the best hot chili in town . It has the right hotness and the right spices . I pair it by itself or with a sprinkle of sweet onions , rice or spaghetti .
