Bought it as a gift. Instructions must have been easy. I didn't even have to install it. He figured it out. Works great!

Super easy to install and sturdy! The silicone they include to prevent rusting was a nice touch as I saw this was an issue with a lot of others out there. I love that has no “wind noise”!

I bought this car top basket because many of the reviews made it sound like a good product....and it seems to be. I do have a couple of complaints. One is a bit minor and that is it would have been nice if the screws they provided had have been black like the rest of the unit. The silver really stands out. The other complaint was that one of the end pieces was slightly bent where it connects making it difficult to put together. My husband and I have done LOTS of DYI stuff and have lots of tools, so we were able to make it work. I think for some people it would have resulted in returning it. For the money, I still think that it is an ok purchase and will serve our needs as an occasional carrier.

I put the entire thing together got it on the roof of my SUVWent to put the last mounting bracket on and the top plate is missing.. not taking it apart and dealing trying to ship it backAbsolutely ridicules
