Loved the stick vacuum from day one. Much better than one we bought a year earlier from a different company. Picks up way more dirt and cat hair than the other brand did, and has an inner filter that the other one lacked that gets the finer dirt. Also, the battery can be charged outside of the vacuum so we can just swap batteries if it dies. But then it broke 6 months in. Power wouldn’t stay on and the extension made the brush not spin. Customer service sent a replacement battery, and then a replacement extension tube. That fixed it. Still works great, although requires frequent cleaning out of the roller brush gears (which luckily is easily).The design of the power through the extension tube is bad that it is 2 little wires soldered on which is where it broke. They should update this in the future so these breaks don’t happen. My only other peeve is that the extension tube sometimes rotates off the the motor/handle if you push too much to the side, which temporarily stops the vacuum. You can gust rotate it back, but a better design would require a release button to rotate it. Overall, the vacuum gets a 4 (since it did break due to a bad design choice) and the customer service a 5. I saw someone else gave a similar rating with the great customer service.

When I first got the PRETTYCARE Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, I was genuinely excited. The lightweight design, sleek appearance, and powerful suction made it seem like a fantastic purchase. However, after just a few months of use, my experience took a disappointing turn.At the outset, this cordless vacuum lived up to its promises. It was impressively lightweight and easy to maneuver around the house. The design was visually appealing, and the suction power was genuinely effective in picking up dirt and debris.But the excitement soon turned to frustration as I encountered issues. After a relatively short period, the spinner stopped working, and the light on the vacuum went out. Consequently, the vacuum lost its ability to pick up dirt effectively.This decline in performance left me quite disappointed, especially considering the initial promise of the product. It made me question the durability and long-term reliability of this vacuum cleaner.In comparison to other options on the market, I'm inclined to believe that there are better cordless vacuums available. While the PRETTYCARE vacuum had its moments, its inability to maintain its performance over time has left me with reservations.

This product worked great for around 4 months. Unfortunately, the wheel on the vacuum head is broken and after numerous attempts at contacting customer support I have received no response. It may be worth dropping some extra money on a better vacuum compared to the money you would spend buying a new vacuum twice a year.Update: the team has responded. Still waiting on a solution however.

This was my first cordless vacuum experience and I couldn't believe I went this long in my life without one. The lightweight pushing and mobility to maneuver around my home is an absolute joy take part in. Having two power modes helps with tailoring to specific tasks and flooring, while charging is very straightforward.Diana has been providing us with kind customer service as well and I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to get a taste of the next level vacuuming experience.

I bought this vacuuum and love it! It slipped from the wall and the red clip on the waste container broke off, is there any way to replace that part? Or replace it?

After just about a year of having the vacuum, really never had any issues. Then suddenly some issue with the connection / battery, the brush roller would stop along with the light which kind of seemed like a short or bad connection somewhere. Also, the battery seemed to die or blink like it was dead after about 30 secs of trying to run it. I reached out to their customer service team and stepped me through possible fixes which unfortunately none did end up working for me. In the end, hassle free they offered to send me a new vacuum. I am very pleased with how quickly they responded to me, with all that being said, I highly recommend this vacuum.

Lasted about 1 1/2 years before I got so annoyed I considered buying a new vacuum.Everything about this vacuum is just okay. The battery life is okay. I don’t have a huge house (maybe 1400 sq ft) and it didn’t last the whole time. Granted - that was with doing the floors, couches, window tracks etc. The suction was good not great. I found that it would pick things up and as soon as I turned it off I would have a pile of dirt that I would have to pick up by hand. It doesn’t do well on carpet. It might pick up something big but definitely doesn’t grab pet hair on carpet. I liked that there was two speeds but honestly I never used the lightest one because it didn’t do much.I did like that the vacuum came with an extra filter. It has a light on the beater board that was extremely helpful. Sometimes I didn’t even see the hair until I was vacuuming. I am pretty tall (5’9) and it was a great height for me. It’s also extremely easy to maneuver. It became a vacuum that I wanted to love but really only was able to use for small clean ups (and with the lack of suction even that became irritating). The final straw was that my beater board just randomly stopped working. I clean it very consistently and make sure there is no hair trapped around it but unfortunately it only worked for about 10 seconds before turning off.I probably wouldn’t buy this vacuum again.

I was initially excited about and pleased with this tool, that however didn’t last long as it became clogged and got tossed aside for months, fast forward 3 months I grab from corner to see if I can recover my purchase, to my surprise it still is charged, this is where I discovered it was plugged with dog hair in the entire pole. Give this was sold pet hair feature I didn’t expect the amount in there. Once I cleaned out it was back to 💯 so aside from that great product.

I bought this vacuum November 2022, and it was a lifesaver. I used it quite a bit in my home and it got the job done every time easily, running for about 30 mins straight. It’s now June 2023 and it has stopped working, only running for about 20 seconds before shutting off, even after a full charge. Unfortunately only worked for me for 7 months, and can’t return it at this point.

Bought in Sep 2022 and used it fairy often for a year. It’s a great bit of kit but one day in August 2023 I turned it on and it died after 20 seconds - assuming the battery was dead I stuck it on the charger overnight so I could use it the following morning. No luck. Tried charging battery directly, when it’s plugged into the vacuum and no luck either way. Battery won’t even hold a charge more than 5 seconds. Absolutely the most disappointing thing I’ve purchased from Amazon because when it worked it was perfect

I picked this up on a whim given the price drop, delivery was fast and it was already partly charged.When opening the dust bowl a spring and small contact popped out (retaining cover of plastic was already broken) I replaced the parts and figured a way to keep it in place . (Thes two pins transfer power to the brush head so they're important!.)Like I say so far so good, it's great just to grab and go. We've a very hairy dog and laminate floors and it does a great job lifting the hair, running over the place every day or every second day keeps the place looking clean.Hoping it lasts the time.

I have only had my PrettyCare W100 cordless vacuum a few days and already I love it! I was impressed right from the get-go with the quality of packaging, instructions and easy assembly. It's super light, very easy to manoeuvre and even on the lowest suction setting it picks up more than my upright vacuum cleaner which cost four times as much as this vacuum. I also love the little LED lights which are a big help, especially when vacuuming in darker areas, like underneath furniture. I used it twice over 2 days (for more than 30 minutes each time) and it still had life in the battery, which I was very surprised about. When I did eventually run the battery down, it recharged within a few hours so I didn't have to wait too long until it was ready to go again. I have also been very impressed with PrettyCare's excellent customer service. I had a question regarding how to register my vacuum cleaner (for warranty purposes) and received a prompt response (within 24 hours) with simple instructions on how to register my product. From my overall experience so far, I am very happy with my PrettyCare purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending this vacuum cleaner to my family and friends.

Very light in weight and easy to use. Gets into corners, stairs and cleans window frames and window sill easily. I have two other corded vacuum cleaners. Both have more suction than this PRETTYCARE but are heavy and awkward to maneuver. One is a Dyson and is expensive but I don't like using it. I also have a Robot vacuum cleaner that works well so I use this PRETTYCARE to get the few places the Robot vacuum can't get to. Having a good Robot vacuum and the PRETTYCARE is the perfect combination.
