Despite the battery being full charged and sensor on finger, it stopped working and had to be restarted 2 nights out of 6. Has anyone had this issue?

Yes I have noticed this problem-Pulse Oximeter stopping in the middle of the night, usually after 2 hours & am unable to provide an explanation. It does not happen every night. I usually just re-start the device & get 2 tracings in the morning

Does this record the motion? the wellue app shows spo, pulse and the motion on the app screen when you down the reading onto your phone

I don't think the EMAY sleepO2 records motion. Only SpO2 and pulse. There is nothing in the manual or App settings for motion detection/monitoring that I can see.

can I view the report on a windows computer?

The app has an option to export to PDF or image. The PDF report can then be viewed in Windows. There is also the option to export the raw data to CSV file.
