Effective
I liked this product a lot, I see results after taking this. It is a little chalky but that is with all creatine. It does not have a taste. I highly recommend this product

Supplements are one of those things where you almost never know the potency of what you are getting. I'm sure this creatine is as effective as almost any other. What I do know is it mixes really well (I use about 5g at a time and I've used water and almond milk so far), and there it is virtually tasteless when I combine it with a flavored BCAA or a True Nutrition protein that has the lightest amount of flavoring they offer.

Package serving size is wrong. Not the value you think it is.
Most of the creatines have a serving size of 5 grams. This product has a serving size of 2 grams. For the price of 1pound of True, you can buy 2 pounds of other brands. I'm not sure how they get away with it. I'm not sure how the price per ounce is wrong. You have to do the math yourself. See what other creatines cost per pound and make your decision. I've bought this product. It's fine. But creatine monohydrate is creatine monohydrate. There's no difference between brands as far as I'm concerned. Some add sugar which is great but you can add your own sugar or take it with grape juice to enhance the effects. Consumer beware.

Infuriating labeling
The product comes recommended by a credible authority. However, the info on the package uses the metric system to describe dosage. Why not teaspoons or some readily available variant? No, what you have to do is get out your small digital scale, weigh out the dosage and then translate it into a system that's handy, like a kitchen measuring spoon set. Thanks for making it easy.
