Flag that is included is made of quality material. Had a dust storm yesterday and the flag didn't wrap around itself once do to the anti wrap design. The colors are very vibrant. Well worth the price. Would recommend using your own screws to install though. The ones that are included are easily breakable.

Really happy with the product. Well made and easy to install. Looks fantastic and sizing was perfect. Nice pop of color against our black and white home. Hope to instill some patriotism into our neighborhood (used to see this a lot after 9/11).

Very well made, the poles aren't super thin weak aluminum. They're actually kinda thick, and the paint is evenly applied. The bracket you mount to your house is also well made, but the screws could be better. The heads stripped before they were even half way drove in. Do yourself a favor and use different screws right from the start. The flag hanging hardware is excellent. Have had it up a few weeks now and it hasn't tangled once. The flag itself is also well made, with heavy stitching and vibrant colors. The grommets are well placed and look like they'll hold up to abuse from the elements.

I really like the flag kit overall. The flag and pole materials are of durable quality and attractive. When I installed the flag hardware, I made sure that the luff of the flag (edge closest to the pole) was not stretched to tight to ensure that the the collars would rotate freely preventing any tangles and wraps. This works well for the most part, but at times, I found the bottom corner of the flag caught on the base wing nuts, eventually causing a rip in the fabric. This was disappointing, to say the least. Although not as convenient, round-head fasteners would be less apt to cause a problem than wing-nuts. I’m hoping the supplier will read my review and replace the flag for me. I will replace the wing-nuts with smaller screws.Amendment to my review: I have changed my rating to 4 stars due to the excellent customer service resolution I received.I contacted the seller and voiced my concerns. The response was immediate and courteous. It was decided to replace the entire flag pole kit which I received in less than a week. I made the adjustment to add shorter round-head screws at the pole base and won’t have the snagging issue problem.

Only complaint is the quality of the screws for mounting the bracket. Two of the screws stripped while trying to install. The flag looks vibrant, the pole has the tangle-free (which is super nice, constantly untangling my last flag after some windy days), nice pole end, and wing nuts for fastening the pole to the mount. Installation took about 3 minutes. Excellent product!

Easy installation, good quality, and does not tangle/get wrapped around the pole. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Great size and color

It was easy to put together and mount onto the house. This is a excellent product. It is very well made and stands up to the weather. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
