Zensah Compression Knee Sleeve - Knee Brace to Relieve Knee Pain and Treat Runners Knee for Men and Women

I have tried many other brands of knee support sleeves. This is the best one so far! It provides good support all around the knee, and stability when walking. The no-slip grip does not slip nor move around with various activities. I find it comfortable to wear most of the day; but the compression support does fatigue my knee at the end of the day. I ordered XL even though their sizing chart recommended a Large - the Large felt more constricted on my knee. If you have swelling, I suggest ordering a size up. UPDATE: I have been using this knee support sleeve since August 23, 2023, when I received it. The no-slip grip around the upper part of my leg is now rolling down, it seems like it has lost it's grip. (I do have a thicker upper leg thigh). Disappointed it didn't last longer, but it has served it's purpose, since my Physical Therapy has strengthened my leg muscles and I am no longer using the sleeve as of today (Oct. 1, 2023).

Easy to slip on, stays in place. Not bulky.

I started using their elbow sleeve for my tennis elbow years ago and it was never too tight or loose, just right. I could wear it all day without feeling numb or having deep marks in my skin.The knee brace is also nice BUT it does not stay in place while walking long distances (1+ miles). It started to shift down, the up. Eventually I just took it off.If you are at home and your knee hurts coz of whatever reason, it’s perfect. But I dont think hou can run in this and not slip down or creep up.Apart from that, for once, the silicone they used to hold up the sleeve did not leave me with a bad itchy rash like all the other products here on Amazon I have bought. So that was nice.That’s just my experience with this knee compression sleeve.

The best of what i had tried so far. I’m a runner and I have occasional knee pains. This pair of compression knee kept me in my workout. I use the running and doing HIIT workouts. They are very comfortable, breathable and contours to your knee and flex with it without pinching. The problems i had with other brand was that as soon as I start sweating, they starts getting uncomfortable and pinching behind my knee but this pair of zensah, there’s no issues at all. I will order a second pair to alternate.

They are great at first but unfortunately they will NOT stay up they will drop and ride down every time even with the driest legs, sad fail disappointed can’t get money back

I purchased this compression sleeve when I was struggling with iliotibial band syndrome from running. First time out of the package, it was amazing and provided great relief to my affected knee; however, I learned quickly that this was not staying in position well when I ran and it kept slipping. It doesn't slip when doing other exercises though, so running was the only issue which is fine, but when I washed it for the first time it lost a lot of its gripping capabilities. I followed the care instruction to wash it in cold water and not to tumble dry, but it greatly lost non-slip features after the first wash which was disappointing. Other than that, it provided great pain relief when you're just staying still and not being active much.

My knee measurement was 19.375". Per Zensah customer service they recommended downsiding to a Medium since my size fell near the bottom of a Large. The compression sleeve felt great wearing, but unfortunately it would not hold in place. It mmediately slid down to top or bottom of my knee cap from just walking short distances. I contacted Zensah, they indicated since my knee size fell "in between", they didn't know think a Large would properly work. They didn't think it would provide appropriate. So, unfortunately I had to return the product for a refund. Zensah's customer service was helpful and friendly.
