Jica-what?! The first and only chips made from jicama. This root vegetable, native to Mexico, has a slightly sweet taste like a cross between an apple and potato. Jicama is incredibly high in fiber, has 1/2 the calories of a potato and is a natural source of inulin (a prebiotic). We take real jicama slices, bake them and season them with olive oil and gourmet spices. That's it! An amazingly tasty and healthy alternative to potato chips.

Very crispy and I loved all 6 flavors. Would buy again but I wish they were actually the size of a chip and not just small pieces. You have to dump the bag into your mouth. Couldn't be used for dipping into hummus or anything else.......I tried and ended up fishing them out with a spoon.

Jicama Chip = Delish
These chips are so yummy! Perfect for someone that understands we need #waterfirst and #veggiesmost! I ordered the variety box so I could try all the flavors. Sadly they sent all chili lime. I want to try other flavors but these are very yummy! The chips are big and so full of flavor!

Great Option to Potato Chips
These are a super option to potato chips, still gives you that crunch without the calories and fat of fried chips.Flavors are great, recommend to anyone on WW, will be buying again.

Unexpectedly yummy.
Wow. My step daughter told me about these and I knew these were healthy, but I couldn't imagine how they would taste. The jicama I remember eating in Costa Rica was interesting in a salad but...snacks??? But yeah, it works. The spicy flavors are great, but I especially love the cinnamon sugar flavor!

Perfect, Portable Snack
Loved every flavor. Always looking for a portable, healthy snack. They are not potato chips. The have a slight sweetness to them naturally. They are harder than potato chips. Very satisfying.

Only one bag is tasty
I thought the only tasty bag was cinnamon currin. I would not purchase the other flavors at all, but this flavor is tasty.
