Up is DEFINITELY the way to go to un-clutter.
Great way to reduce octopus wires around my electronics. I like the USB charging ports because I don't have to cover up a couple of electrical plugs by using a cube so that frees up space as well. I like the on/off switch on each tier. I thought the interior cord winder was silly until I found out how long the cord was (and thick) and voila - a short cord! Very pleased with this AND I can use the two power strips I replaced this with elsewhere when space isn't at a premium.

Nicely Designed Power Strip
This is a great little power strip (tower, actually). I purchased it because I can turn each "tier" on and off from the power switches, allowing me to power just those devices that I happen to be using at any given time. I group them on the tiers in the groups that I typically use together. This allows me to easily power off the AC power bricks that I'm not using (as well as the USB ports that I'm not using). When I depart on travel, three quick clicks turn off the entire tower. The other nice features of this tower are that there's plenty of space for power converters; they don't 'crowd' each other the way they usually do on power strips. And the upright feature of the tower means it takes up very little space on the desk.FYI, I have read the reviews where some folks say that they have been unable to insert their plugs into the receptacles on the tower. I have not experienced any of those issue with this tower. If the problem existed, it appears that it has been fixed -- or at least doesn't exist with the unit I have.I love this thing. I plan to buy a few as gifts at Christmas....

2nd review after THREE weeks PLEASE READ
Asgens Power Strip,10 Way Outlets with 4 USB Port ChargerAfter one week of use, I must say that I am pleasantly surprised how nifty this thing is! I read a few reviews and saw stuff about loose plugs and buzzing noises but I did not experience this at all. As soon as I pulled it out of the box I tried every single plug and all of them are tight, all the switches seem firm and click like they are supposed to, even the USB ports charge my phone without a popup warning about being incompatible and all that.I received this June 20 but July 12 I plugged in my laptop charger and the plug fell back out. I tried all 10 plugs and 3 of them were so loose they did not connect and the light on the charger wouldn't even turn on, the others were working but some of them are getting loose as well. I don't understand how this could happen because I don't plug in and unplug stuff constantly. The only thing this is used for is a 32" TCL TV, a Roku 2, two different laptop chargers, a Dewalt battery charger and 2 USB phone charging cords. I bought it for it's almost 10' power cord to reach my table from the nearest outlet without using an extension cord. Now when I plug in something it literally feels like the brass prongs on the plug slip right into plastic holes with nothing behind them to supply the electricity to feed it, like if the whole works got pushed in behind the face of the tower. I'm all for plastic, especially around electricity, but why can't an engineer make the mounts inside the tower a few millimeters thicker so it can stand up to being plugged in? Would that cost the company millions of dollars to use 1/4 oz of more plastic to make this wonderful powerstrip actually work and last instead of just look good? I was so disappointed to have to contact Amazon, but I got a full refund and I bought another brand. I'll let you know how this one goes! https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07PY75P5Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1Please remember to not overload this power tower. Just because it has 10 plugs doesn't mean you have to use every one of them especially at the same time. I have a 32" LCD TV, a Roku2, three laptop chargers, a Dewalt battery charger and two USB cords for phones. I read a few complaints where this thing almost burned up their house because they have a microwave oven, electric toaster, refrigerator, hair bryer, etc etc big electric surge stuff plugged into it. DON'T DO THAT!Just remember that buying this means you have a lot of small stuff to plug into it, not anything that makes your lights dim when you turn it on, that's dangerous!

so far so good. At first I thought there was some kind ...
Wow, so far so good. At first I thought there was some kind of manufacture defect because the holes are so tight fitting...and I didn't want to break it. Once I got past that; I'm very impressed. Very lightweight, easy to turn off and on, I love the USB ports, swivel motion isn't too beneficial with this unit in my opinion but doesn't hurt anything either. Would buy another.

I would be glad to buy more!
I am completely in love with these, I can put them in hard to reach places and then plug in what I need to and that's it. I have had a couple of power outages due to weather since I have bought these and everything that I have plugged into it is still working at it's best. The only thing I will warn you about is that if you have something with an older plug ( I have a lamp from the 70's) The plug didn't want to seat in the outlet. I just plugged that one into a wall and was fine.

High pitched buzz (Revised)
Upgrading my earlier review. I have been using this device for several months now - all sockets connected full time. It performs great. The buzz from USB charger is present only without a load - nothing connected. Once I attach phone or other device to any USB outlet, the buzz is gone. So, when not in use just turn the USB bank off. I bought two more towers since my first review.Original review: Vertical construction, internal power cord spool, power switch in each 4-outlet bank, USB outlets, carry handle - all are good features. The big problem for me is a high pitched buzz emitted by USB power converter.

Plug it in,Plug it in
What an improvement over the first product of this kind which I ordered on Amazon but from a different seller. The build quality is as expected for a tower surge protector at this price. You can actually plug electronics into this surge protector unlike the first one I ordered. The USB ports are a nice touch and seems to have no issues charging my iPad of iPhone 7 Plus as I use them for videography. The cord seems to be shorter than 10 ft, but that may just be me. Overall I'm satisfied and would purchase another, if I feel the need.

almost a nice design
The portability of this is great. I love the wind-up chord. However, the thing I dislike so much about this is you have to press a button to turn the outlets on that row on, so there are two buttons one for top row the other for the bottom row. Why can't I just have one button like every other power strip? That feature is what keeps it from getting 5 stars from me.
