Perfect for home workouts
Very good band for the price. I use it to workout at home and it’s perfect. Great for squats, bicep curl, side crunches and many more. Easy to us and comfortable. The quality is great.

Worth it.
Purchased this device to help strengthen my knee. I injured it doing some minor lifts at a local gym. This has a weight limit of 30-60 lbs (depending on how you fold the band). I think It is a worthwhile purchase. There are instructions on how to use the band.I would recommend you start with light exercise before doing the more complex ones.

Love These Bands !
I have come to believe that resistance bands may be the best way to get a full body strength and flexibility workout.This band can be used in so many ways - you can do curls, rows, side rows, flys, overhead presses, squats, etc. They come in different weights / resistance so you can taylor the workout. You can work in pretty much any direction and infintely vary the resistance depending on the weight of the band you choose.The other great thing about them is they take up almost no space, so you can pack them in luggage and take them on a trip, and have an excellent workout while travelling. These bands are awesome!

These are shiny, slippery. comes in a complete circle, no handles which I thought it did.
