Put it to work in a out door pizza oven. So far its doing the trick.

A good mix of flavors.The shipping time is horrible, the only benefit was they dropped the price $8 after I ordered, so I saved that.It’s back up to regular price again.So that was a bonus.I’d only buy these at the sale price.They are great at that price.

They burn nice, great cooking flavors

Pretty good flavor, but if it catches on fire.. your food will taste absolutely horrible. Just make sure you get the heat just enough for them to smoke, not burst into flames.

Use the chart on the back of Pit Boss packing for guidance on application of pellet flavors profiles as a start and let your taste buds guide you. . Found the maple went really well with pork loin.

Probably will not buy these again. Not as much smoke flavor as other brands and create way more ash than other brands. Will stick to a different brand available locally for much better price.
