I have changed my review of this porduct. The manufacture encouraged me to give them a good review and if I ever had any problems let them know and they would do all they could to make it right. Well after two months, my plastic frame broke, a piece broke out of it, I did not drop it I just took it our of my belt case and it was broken.) I contacted the manufacturer and he said i was so sorry and would send a replacement frame right away. Four weeks went by and no frame. I bought a different charger (which I like much better, does not require a special charging cord) I contacted them again and they said they were sorry again and would send me one that would arrive within three days. The day after I bought a different one and emailed them the frame came it. I let them know that basic business is not to over promise and under deliver. They never did send an additional frame. Original review "I have had four extended batteries from my iPhone 5 to the 7 I bought this for. So far I like it the best of the bunch. Up until now my Mophie was my favorite but not anymore. Great product!!" They could have kept their five star I had originally given them if they would have had a sense of urgency and did what they said they would do. Looking an other reviews I see many have had the frame break so it is a design flaw and I would expect they would have fixed it and would have been prepared to resolve any issues but have had no sense of urgency to do so. I would not buy from them again, there are so many other choices many use as good and cheaper.

The battery charge for this case works as advertised, but is rather slow to fully recharge when drained. Moreover, the bottom plug is a mini USB 3.0 port, which, even when used with the proper adapter, is not configured for headphone use, which can be quite irritating, since you will have to remove your phone from its case every time you want to listen to music on your headphones. Additionally, the case itself is flimsy, and cracked and split when I dropped it only once from a height of about 2 feet. It did, however, protect my phone from any scratches or damage. Overall, it's not a terrible case, and it will protect your phone somewhat and provide quite a bit of additional charge, but there are better options out there for sure. Personally, I think the Apple branded battery case is substantially better, even if it is about twice as expensive.

I'm very pleased with this charger. It was value priced and the fit and finish is the highest quality. I wish the logo were a little smaller, but I can't blame the company for trying to get their name out there. Also my preference would have been for the case poser to be used first leaving the phone battery at full charge but thats just a preference, I haven't actually had a circumstance where it has been a problem. Thanks to QCell for being one of the first to market with a great iPhone 7 charger cases.

So I have had no less than 10 battery packs over the years and this one is far superior to them all. Without a charger my phone is dead by 11:00 am - I conduct a lot of business on my phone. With a typical battery pack I can make it until around 3 maybe 4:00 in the afternoon until my pack is no longer charging my phone-with the QCell I am getting home at 7-8:00 and still have 100% and a little charge left in the pack. There was one drawback, the front part of the pack cracked - I bought another one just because there was no comparables out there. Even better was when I mentioned this to the folks at QCell , they mailed me a replacement part. Four thumbs up for sure!

Pretty disappointed with this case. The battery life is amazing and I get at least 2 full batteries a day with it. However shortly after I started using it the front part of the case cracked and is now completely broken. The case is useless to me as the front cover no longer snaps on or stays in place. Such a bummer as I stated prior the battery life is fantastic, the case just needs to be made better.

Awesome product that does just as advertised. Compared to the mophie I had for my old phone it has a larger battery. If only the front of the case was raised a bit for protection reasons, It would have got a 5.Edit : I have now had this case for a month and when I put it on charge all night it only charges 1/2. Then i put it on charge for longer and still 1/2. My review went from a 4 star rating to a 2 star.

I have had an iPhone since the original release date in 2007 and have had charging cases for every model, so I feel I know what to expect from a good case.Pro: 4,000 mah. Lots of juice for the price.Feels nice in your hand.Con: mine does not click shut on the bottom third of the case, with or without the phone.The lights on the back do not turn off when the case is charging your phone. Waste of energy, and I don't like that the lights shine through my pocket.I will be ordering a new case from a different manufacturer.

Very well made product that works perfectly as intended. The battery case protects the phone as well as gives me more than twice the battery life. I had a problem outside the design of the battery case that caused it to fail. The ownership still stood behind the product and gave me a new case. Love the product and the company that stands behind it.
