Great support. Plus size friendly.
Bought size XXL currently 24 weeks. Great for plus size moms. Very comfortable, looks and feels like good lasting material. Stretches pretty good and will definitely fit by my third trimester. I tried other brands(more expensive $50+) but they were not plus size friendly. This is definitely the band for plus size plus it has great support, I'm carrying low and this helps my back tremendously.

Alleviating discomfort or easing pain
Overall, this belt did alleviate my discomfort due to the lack of support of my muscles for my pregnant belly.

Okay
It’s okay. Difficult to figure out how to put it on. I had a meltdown trying to figure out how to put it on when my back was hurting. It helps relieve pain off your back for sure. Very uncomfortable to sit in. Works well for standing and walking

Excellent Support for a More Comfortable Pregnancy
We purchased the NeoTech Care Pregnancy Support Maternity Belt for my wife during her second trimester when the lower back strain and abdominal pressure started to become more noticeable. From the moment she put it on, she said the relief was immediate. It helped lift and support her belly, which in turn eased the pressure on her lower back and hips, making standing, walking, and even light housework much more bearable. The adjustable Velcro straps made it easy to customize the fit as her pregnancy progressed, and it stayed in place without needing frequent readjustments. The material is breathable yet firm, which she appreciated during warmer days. It’s also discreet enough to wear under most maternity clothes without being noticeable. There were no issues or drawbacks for her — she found it comfortable and extremely helpful throughout the later months of pregnancy. For the price and quality, this belt offered a tremendous value. I would highly recommend it to any expecting mother looking for some physical relief and support as their body changes.

The Lift you didn’t know you NEEDED
As a third time mom, and plus size woman this belt is SAVING MY LIFE this time around!! I’m in my third trimester and I make BIG BABIES. So my back, is ACHING but this belt provides so much support where I’m able to move around, do whatever needs to get done with little to NO PAIN. Definitely lifts my little one up comfortably and has elastic straps for adjusting. I will say I’ve learned this is NOT for sitting down so make sure to loosen up when you have to or simply take off! Hope this helps

Not super comfy, but neither is a sore back
I have occasional lower back pain that goes on for a few days at a time. It interferes with my farm work and weightlifting. Since I'm heavy, I got this back support because I could let it rest under my large belly (fat, not baby) and still support my back. The frst time I wore it for several hours at a festival. It really helped my back to hurt less, but was, itself, fairly uncomfortable. But not as uncomfortable as a hurting back, so I call that a win. If you move and twist a lot, it can roll up or down, but the support is still there. I had to step out of sight to unroll the top or bottom a few times. I'm thinking of adding spiral steel corset boning to the side back areas to prevent rolling.I ended up not using the strap that goes over the top of the belly. I started out with it but realized it wasn't doing anything useful and just added a bit more discomfort. I have autism and concomitant sensory input issues, so maybe other people wouldn't find the rig as uncomfortable as I did. But, I reiterate, it was way better than back pain.A good thing to know is that you have to move it to sit down in the bathroom, because you put it on over your underwear. I just slid it upward, then tugged it back down afterward. A pregnant person may have to take it loose, since my fat is probably more squishable than a baby belly. The instructions say to wear it over clothes, but I didn't want to advertize the fact that I was wearing it, so I put it under my clothes. As long as you fasten it so that all the velcro hooks are on the loops, the hooks won't poke or scratch you as you walk and move. One last thing is that after wearing it for several hours, the next day my back was much less sore. I guess it got a chance to rest and recover a bit while being supported.
