Very cute & functional!
My 14yr old got this for his 9 yr old sis for Christmas, after knowing how sad she was when their toddler sis broke the ballerina off of a previous one ;) I think this one is cuter, and more functional for a girl with earrings & rings. The drawers are tiny but plentiful for a young girl. This wouldn't be something for a girl with lots of big play jewelry. I'd definitely buy it again!

Bought for my niece for Christmas. She absolutely loves it! The music box feature with the dancing ballerina is such a cute vintage touch. I will advise that it doesn't have a TON of space but she is only 6 and doesn't have a lot of jewelry just yet. I will probably buy an upright jewelry case for necklaces to match this one later.

beautiful but small
really, really small beautiful and well made its just that the drawers are really small. I ordered several kids jewelry necklaces and bracelets and thy will not fit in the box. but the jewelry has some larger beads than I expected so maybe that's why.

My niece loved it for Christmas! She's been obsessed with ballerinas lately and loves my old, childhood music box. So, I decided to get one of her own. Happy I purchased this one! It's adorable, and pretty good quality for the price!

I initially was going to rate this average, but rated it a bit better because it is packaged and shipped well, no broken bits, and the ballerina is painted nicely. It is made of a thick cardboard with a shiny coated picture over it. It seems sturdy enough for a child, and the music mechanism works well. I'm keeping it.

The music box was a birthday gift for a 7 Y/0 girl. It was a hit with everyone at the gift opening. The highlight was the dancing musical ballerina and she loved that it is pink. However I cannot speak to whether or not the music box is still loved since I haven’t seen the little girl since. My bet is it is a treasure still.

Defective returns!
This Music Box will play a song, but the ballerina does not spin, does not work AT ALL! I purchased 3 Music Boxes and only ONE works!!I EXPECT A DEFECTIVE RETURN ON THIS ITEM. Thank you in advance, Amazon and it's loyal policy to PRIME members!!!CF

it is very sweet and totally darling dancer and music. With the way it is set in on a spring, I'm hoping it will be durable for a little child. She has only had it for 18 hours, so .....we will see. It was a big hit at her birthday party.
