Does the job excellently, rock steady. Does not come with much in the way of install instructions, but is very intuitive to install.

Our joists were too close together to use the side screws so we only used the bottom. 1 month in and it holds our bag good & strong!

Sturdy and solid
Installed easily on a 4" x 4" wood beam. Only knock is that the screw holes on the bottom are really close to the edge of the beam. Would have liked to have those maybe a quarter inch deeper.

Lag screw head broke..
Overall a pretty happy with the mount except the lag screw head broke off with very little effort. If it wasn’t for the other bolts, it wouldn’t have held. Does great for what I need.
