Arrived fine, works very well. Make sure you use it outside and with a shirt you are fine getting covered with short dog hair.

I am not one to ever write reviews, good or bad. But this product has disappointed me. I ordered one and when I took it out of the box and went to brush my dog I realized the brush part, which is more like a pumice stone, had fallen off. I picked it up and did one swipe down my dogs back and it seemed promising but again, it had separated from the handle. So rather than just returning it, I chose to replace the item to give it a second chance. The replacement brush just showed up today and I opened the Amazon package and the box for the brush was damaged, the brush was again broken off from the handle, and there was “pumice” dust all inside the Amazon envelope. Needless to say I am returning both of them and will not purchase another one. Very disappointed as I was hopeful for an easy brush for my pittie.

This works surprisingly well on my bulldog. We did have to glue it back together but it works well after that.

This brush takes a lot of hair off, but does not tell you how to remove the hair from the brush, which is very difficult if you could answer this, that would be greatly appreciated Seems the only way to get an office to put it underwater which is not very convenient

I was a little skeptical at first bust it actually removes the dirt and loose fur really well. The 'brush' is similar to a pumice stone, but the dogs seemed to like it, too. It doesn't have any bristles on it, but it does its job and you just rinse it clean!

Should’ve read the reviews. As soon as I opened the packaging my hand was covered in powder from the “brush” I then used it on my dog and pieces of the rock started falling out as I set it down on the ground a corner of it popped off. Will not buy again.

Bully breeds have super short fur that doesn't shed or collect dirt as inconveniently as other dog fur might, but that doesn't mean your dog won't need some TLC every once in a while. Despite the fact that the product looks more like a pumice stone than a typical dog brush, one drag across your bully's back will confirm that you made a good choice. The stone drags dead fur and skin flakes right out of your dog's back, and it is VERY obvious that the dog enjoys it. Afterward, I was pleasantly surprised by how shiny her fur looked!The biggest drawback to the product is that there is no way to trap the fur and skin that is being expunged. With a traditional brush, the fur will be trapped inside the teeth of the brush, but with the Bully Brush, the dead fur and skin will just pile on the floor all around you. For this reason, I would suggest turning off any fans and having your Dirt Devil at the ready to clean up the big gross mess you will inevitably create.
