My dog could've probably baked it
I looked around local bake shops to see who could make a cake. Everyone was quoting me $30-40. I love my dog but I wasn't going to pay that. I found this and went with this because it came with absolutely EVERYTHING I needed. Cake, icing, container and candle. The only thing that could've been better is if they sent the egg and water too lol. No but making this cake was seriously so easy and my dog seemed to enjoy it so I think it tasted well. It definitely smelled good. Highly recommed this and I would likely buy again next year.

My dogs loved it.
My baby girl Lotus had her first birthday recently. I got this and was so excited to make it for her. I got the birthday cake flavor. I swear she knew it was for her she kept jumping up my leg as I was trying to decorate it with milkbones lol. She loved it. She liked the cake itself more than the frosting though. When she got left overs the next day she wouldn't even touch the frosting, I don't blame her it smelled a little weird, but the cake itself was fine. I even tasted it a little and it just tasted kind of like it had a lot of baking soda in it but it wasn't terrible. Lotus is a chihuahua and my other dog Delilah is a pitbull/English bull dog mix. Delilah devoured her piece of cake I'm seconds. I thought it was a great size. I don't understand why so many said it's too small because I didn't even give my 2 dogs even half of it. They also did not get sick from it either. So I wonder if the ones saying their dogs got sick gave them the entire thing because that's Waaaaay too much for one or even 2 dogs. I baked mine in the oven but had to leave it in a few extra minutes as it stayed soft in the middle and the toothpick didn't come put clean at first. I used a cookie sheet underneath to keep it steady, much easier to put in and take out of the oven. Their were sprinkles and a candle that came with it. The directions were easy to read although small like others said. The icing did harden immediately and I had to add a bit more water to get it out of the bowl. All in all it was cute and so worth it to see my baby so happy and excited for her special day. There's also been plenty of left overs and it's been 2 days already. I will probably have to throw some away unfortunately as I don't know how long it will stay fresh in the fridge. I love the little bone pan and I think next time I might try and make my own in that pan or at least my own frosting since Lotus didn't care for that part, but I definitely would order again for Delilah for sure. Give it a try and just remember give in moderation, they are dogs, so of course too much might make them sick. Lastly I paired it with some doggy ice cream I also found on here. That was an even bigger hit with Lotus!!! It was a fun, cute little party!!!

This is the cake to buy for your pup's birthday! Trust me!
We ordered this for our lab's first birthday last month. It was the second time I purchased this cake kit. We ordered one in February of last year for my mom's pup's 10th birthday. I chose it because it has few ingredients and they're natural and safe. Then as a bonus because it comes with the cute cake pan and it's not pricey at all. It's super easy to make. (I bake it, you can also microwave it so that's even easier) I dressed up the frosting a little with some peanut butter the first time and the second time with some peanut butter and greek yogurt. That's just because I like to decorate cakes, the frosting that comes with it is enough to cover the top. The puppies all really liked it!

Outstanding!
A very good cake! All human ingredients but safe for a dog to digest. Easy to make and comes with reusable bone shaped baking pan. Bakes well and smells delicious. I bought the peanut butter flavor. Easy to make frosting too. Don’t add too much water to frosting or it could be runny. I decorated the top with fresh blueberries. All my dogs enjoyed it a lot!

Easy to make and perfect size
This was very easy to make, and had a nice pumpkin smell when baking. The birthday pup LOVED it but my senior pup didn’t want to try it (only reason I gave 4 stars).

Really great puppy cake and easy to make!
Loved that this mix was easy to make, had the mold and a candle included. The icing was the only tricky part so definitely recommend following the instructions and not add too much water and make it too runny. 😅 otherwise, our three dogs REALLY enjoyed eating it. Kept in a sealed container in the fridge for a few days and it was still great. Highly recommend this - good ingredients where you can make substitutions as needed.

Puppy Cake dog bone shape
I made this puppy cake for my dog BammBamm’s 16th birthday and it was surprisingly easy to make just like the instructions say they delivered an amazing cake. It was easy and fun and I loved it and so did my dogs. I highly recommend it. It gives you a choice to bake it in the oven for half an hour or to put it in the microwave for 5 to 6 minutes. I skeptically put it in the microwave and it came out amazingly perfect.. I love loved it, and will definitely buy again

Great!!!
My doggies loved it. We have 4 dogs at home and they all enjoyed it. However, one of our dogs ate way too much and threw up. The other 3 dogs ate less and they were fine and even had seconds after so I don’t think it’s the cake it was because she ate too much too fast. Very easy to make and I substituted the oil for an extra egg. Looks pretty and they liked it!
