First, packed brilliantly. This bike needs considerable assembly and if you are not mechanical it will be beyond you. It comes with just about all the tools you will need including the chain riveter and remover. The instruction are difficult as they are minimal. The pictures they include of the assembly are hard to make out. The parts are very well set up with bolts already in place and the big units like the rear axel are assembled, but do need to be placed onto the main frame. It took me about six hours to assemble over several days and I have assembled many bicycles . The folding mechanism is a bit stiff and needs a bit of muscle to operate. It is a good purchase for the money and I would recommend it.

For what the price of the bike, it is fantastic! It folds, has 7 gears and is just adorable. I will say it was challenging to put together but I bet customer service would be helpful. I contacted customer service for another reason and they were fantastic! Really happy with it!

Apparently I didn't read all the documentation before ordering. Did not know it had to be put completely together. Ended up having to have a professional put it together since the instructions were not specific enough.

Although it took a long time to find someone to put it together -- yes, it comes in pieces way beyond my ability to assemble -- it is gorgeous, easy to ride, stable, and fun. Mine is purple which just adds to the fun. Unless you are mechanically inclined, I advise hiring someone to assemble it for you. I look forward to many pleasurable hours toodling around my neighborhood. I have not tried to navigate any hills so cannot comment on the ease of doing so. On flat ground it is fabulous.

I'm small so I got the 20" wheels. My legs are long so the 24"might have fit me better, but am happy with the one I got. It is not a bulky as the other might been. If you know nothing about bikes make sure you have someone around to help you that does. It is not hard, you will have to be able to adjust brakes and gears. I love it. So much fun.

I had a bicycle- but decided one fall and I'd be looking at broken hip - this was a perfect solution. Easy to assemble - added a basket & cell phone holder and I was on my way
