Q: What is the inside diameter of this diffuser? I'm using it for a different purpose than what it was built for & need to know exact measurement.

71mm inner circumferential diameter. 63mm inner diameter with magnet bumps. .

Q: Will it fit v1-panasonic?

Yes it will. It’s the same strobe with a mount for Panasonic.

Q: Do I need anything else to attach it to the Godox V1 flash?

The magnets hold the diffuser onto the V1 flash...nothing else needed. They also make a diffuser plate if that might interest you. Godox AK-R13 Diffuser Plate...you can use one or both as it's magnetic also.
