Do not buy if you are allergic to flowers, specifically ragweed species. The marigold extract will cause you to have allergic reactions like i did. Wish this was more clearly stated before i bought it. Only way to know is the image of the label. Only found out after i had a few sips and started to feel my mouth swelling up.Other than the allergic reaction the product seems good. I've used the non-antioxidant blends for years and had good results. Helped with my random muscle cramps.

this is the best tasting electrolyte I have tried. I have always been a tried and true grapefruit (or most citrus) flavor but this blew me away. I love it!

Just always order through Amazon and you should be safe.Old review: I've ordered most, if not all, of the Ketovital drink mixes in all their forms and enjoyed almost all of them (preference varies of course, for example I hated fruit punch). I personally like mango the best, then Lemonade, then cherry limeade, then strawberry. I've been drinking them multiple times a day since I started working out daily 8 months ago. They are a life saver for cramps due to dehydration and lack of electrolytes. BUT!!!And this is a HUGE BUT!!! You've got to know who you're dealing with!!! This is one shady company!!! I found that I would get discounts if I ordered directly from KetoVital's website so I started ordering there instead of amazon. First couple orders went well but then I received some weird fluffy nasty powder in a mango container that clearly wasn't mango electrolyte mix. I even tried it side by side with my other container of mango mix and had other people try it to make sure it just wasn't my tastebuds being off that day or something. It doesn't look the same, doesn't taste the same, it's not the same at all!So this is where it gets shady! When you order from them directly you get an email that says you can reply with any questions or concerns. So I've been emailing them trying to get this bad container of mango mix replaced. No response to many many emails now. So I went to their website and tried to use their chat feature, but no one responds to it. So I called their number, it just goes to a googlevoice mailbox. No call back. So I texted the number, no response.That's when I decided to google them and start looking into who owns them, etcetera and found that it's a shell corp owned by some shady guy.So my advice is this, just know that these things aren't cheap and there is no customer service behind the product so if you get a messed-up item/order, because it's a food item, amazon isn't going to take it back once it's opened and the company isn't even going to respond to you if you reach out to them. You'll just be out the money if something goes wrong like it did for me.For now, I like the product and I've only gotten burned once. I'm going to keep my orders to amazon only, even though that's more expensive than ordering directly from KV's website. If and when I get burned again I'm going to have to switch to a different company because I can't keep giving my money to this shady guy who won't even return an email. But for now, I need the electrolytes or I'll die of cramps, so I have limited choice considering I also eat low carb.You've been warned!!!

This is a pleasant way to ensure you're getting your essential electrolytes. We are very happy with the lemonade flavor - nice lemon flavor with no aftertaste. To us, it quenches your thirst much better than water alone. I can't speak to an increased energy level but we do feel better when using it. As a diabetic, I really appreciate the no sugar. Just a handy little scoopful in a glass of water, a quick and easy mix and you're good to go. Bonus is that when you've finished, the container is easily repurposed... too nice to recycle, even though you can! :)

This electrolyte drink is amazing! I got it when I was strict keto and it helped with energy and just keeping my body in tune! The flavor is delicious and it helps me drink my water!

January 29th Wish I read the reviews.... ended up in the ER for high resting heart rate of 134. I'm praying it goes down. I was only taking 2-3 scoops per day since it only contains 500mg of potassium per serving (our bodies need 4,700mg/day). I DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. Gave me diarrhea too.Update: February 4th Now I've been having all the symptoms of POTS for 4 days now. Standing from sitting rockets my heart rate from my resting heart rate of 100- 140+ and I start passing out. It happens when I go from laying to sitting upright too. I can't stand long enough to floss my teeth while leaning against the counter. 1/4 of the way through my heart rate hit 148 and I had to lay down on the floor to get it down. It's a struggle to keep my resting HR under 100. It's staying around 104. I'm awaiting a referral to a cardiologist.
