just ok
the video is good but not great ... but ... the background bird ( overwritten, not real ) noise is very annoying. obviously not real nature sounds and a time i had to mute the sound.

Beautiful
Here is what this DVD offers:Walk 1: From New Macau to the old town. We take a stroll underneath and across a very long white bridge toward the casino district of Macau. This is in bright daylight and I have to admit that I found this walk the most daunting. There is a narrow walkway on either side of the bridge and at first we are walking on the side that is against traffic. Yikes. My anxiety rose quite a bit. I'm afraid of heights and even more, I'm afraid of being hit by large commuter buses while walking on the edge of a very high bridge. Thankfully we switch to the other side of the bridge quickly and I breathe an audible sigh of relief. (Note: try to count how many cabs you see). The skyline is intriguing but not half as beautiful as it's going to be when night comes.Walk 2: "The Las Vegas of the East" at nighttime. Wow. I am personally against gambling, but man, those casino light displays at nighttime are dazzling and amazing. I love it! You can smell the money in the air as you walk past designer stores and six star hotels. The night sky is an eerie dark chocolate brown with drifting clouds which leads us to my favorite part of the walk. We get away from the glitz and glamour for a while and head for the Macau Science Center, now deserted and looking like some kind of mad scientist hideout in a old fifties movie. It's quiet and cool and creepy and with that eerie sky, you feel like you have entered another world. I love it. Then we turn around and head back toward the colorful blinking lights of the city.Walk 3: The Historic City. In 1535, Portuguese traders obtained the rights to anchor ships in Macau's harbors and to carry out trading activities. They soon built rudimentary stone houses around the area now called Nam Van. In 1557, the Portuguese established a permanent settlement in Macau. This is the strangest and quietest walk of the city through its Portuguese buildings and gorgeous tiled streets, with hardly any other sound except a soothing violin rendering of Ave Maria. Another world indeed. The walk continues into the morning hours when we are back at the casinos and ready to start another day.Another amazing DVD from Tony Helsloot. And to my great pleasure, he has a whole line of brand new DVD's: Kuala Lumpur, The South of France, Tokyo at night (I was hoping he would do Tokyo), and another Singapore DVD which excites me greatly as I have both of his previous Singapore DVD's and they are my favorites, and Osaka, Japan. They are all definitely on my wish list. I can't say enough good things about these products and I highly recommend them if you want quality, beautiful scenery to watch while exercising. Or just to watch whenever. My collection of these wonderful DVD's is growing and I hope Tony continues to produce them. It's a big world out there, and I intend to explore all of it with Tony's help.

Too repetitive...boring.
Video plays over and over. Short video that repeats itself too soon. A lot of loud chipping. I was disappointed. Guess I won't be buying the other videos on the series. But I guess that's what you get for 9.99...very disappointing.

Great Buy!
This DVD is greater than I expected. I started using the ambient DVD while cycling and I was surprised to see that although it's advertised as a walking DVD I felt like I was sailing on by each trail. The nature scenes keep me moving my body as I forget I'm even working out. I'm thinking of purchasing the DVD for more quicker activity like running. Thank you.
