I am using it as extra protection so a mirror doesn't slip on the floor... works perfectly and adds a bit of cuteness rather than just a sand bag. Definitely recommend!

These door stops are cute and surprising if anyone sees them. My grandchildren worry about the "man" under the door. I told them that they like fulfilling their purpose. I only wish I would have gotten red ones to stand out a little more. I get tickled over the tiniest things, so whenever I glimpse my doorstop affectionally named "Norm", I smile. Aside from the novelty, Norm is very functional. Non-slip door stops that actually stop doors from closing and that are easy to move on top of the cuteness factor is a win-win for me.

The Umbra Buddy is small enough that it doesn't get in the way and yet it easily stops the door. It's a soft rubber material - doesn't slide easily and yet it doesn't scuff the floor. And it's very cute!

Solid construction and very effective. The “legs” are a wedge with a gradual incline so this works on all my doors, even though there are differences in the space between the door and the floor. I also find the shape of the doorstop to be highly entertaining.

Needed a couple doorstops and came across these guys from Umbra. Love the whimsy.They work on both hardwood and carpet.Pro tip: If you live in a place like my apt, where the doors sometimes have way too much clearance at the bottom, just move the doorstop from its normal (near the outer edge of the door bottom) to closer to the hinge.
